A mile long beach, 18 thrilling coasters, and a water park call Cedar Point home, and you can, too! Affordable Housing is available onsite for all active associates of the park. Associate Housing privileges are offered to associates that are 18 years of age or older, live 30 miles or more from the Park, and are classified as a seasonal associate. All rooms on the Cedar Point Housing Campus are multiple occupancy. Final room assignments will be confirmed at the time of arrival to campus and based on availability.

To support business operations across Cedar Point properties by providing temporary, safe, comfortable, well-maintained, and reasonably priced accommodations to eligible associates. We support Cedar Point’s vision and purpose by creating an inclusive space where associates feel comfortable to engage with each other and build lifelong social connections, allowing Cedar Point to
recruit and retain high quality, diverse future Leaders.
Associate Housing Rates
Rates listed below are effective January 1, 2024.
Rates may change at any time, with or without notice.
Rent is based on a daily rate and is automatically payroll deducted. Rent includes utilities, WiFi, and free laundry machines.
Season Rates
- Commons Campus Dorms: $12.00/day
- Centennial Hall: $14.00/day
- Bayside Campus Apartments: $16.00/day
HalloWeekends Rate
All Housing during HalloWeekends is FREE!
Please note: all Associate Housing eligibility requirements must be met before moving in.
Off-Season Rate:
All Housing locations are $10.00 per day.
Other Amenities
Cedar Point is committed to providing a safe and healthy working and living environment for the residents and staff of its campus; therefore the Associate Housing Campus is smoke-free and vape-free.
The Associate Recreation Center (ARC) is located on the Commons Campus and offers a lounge area with smart TVs, an e-gaming corner, the self-service Market C store, and The Cookhouse, a resident cooking facility. Full-court basketball, sand volleyball, and soccer field are also available.
Transportation to and from work is provided. In addition, many transportation options are available around the city of Sandusky for shopping, dining, and entertainment.
Cedar Point Resident Assistants are available throughout campus to assist you at any time.

The Cedar Point Resident Life Team
Cedar Point Associate Housing is multiple occupancy and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability is based on current occupancy levels. All applicants must meet and maintain housing eligibility requirements. Submitting an Associate Housing Application does not guarantee you a space.
Once submitted, your application will undergo review by Associate Housing for a number of factors. These include, but are not limited to, employment status, previous incident history within Associate Housing at any Cedar Fair park, and outstanding fees such as rental arrears. You should not plan to arrive on the Associate Housing Campus without an accepted housing application. Please allow up to 7 days for a decision to be made regarding your application.
