With more than 100 rides, shows and attractions, Kings Island offers the perfect combination of world-class thrills and family attractions! Staying at the One Team Village means the park is literally your backyard. Associate Housing is available to associates that are 18 years of age or older, live 30 miles or more from the park, and are classified as a seasonal associate.
Associate Housing Rates
Please note: Rent rates are subject to change with or without advance notice. Associate Housing eligibility requirements must be met before moving in.
2024 Rates:
Spring: $6/day ($42/week) - effective from dorm opening until daily operations begin
Season: $12/day ($84/week) - effective daily operations start through Haunt
Haunt: $6/day ($42/week)
Winterfest: $6/day ($42/week)
The Associate Housing Application will open for the 2024 season on February 1.
Kings Island Associate Housing opens for the 2024 season on April 15.
Other Amenities
An Associate Recreation Center is located on the One Team Village campus that offers a lounge area with TVs, a variety of game tables, a kitchenette, and an associate store. A basketball court and soccer field are also available on campus.
Associate Housing offers a shuttle service to and from local stores and attractions for residents. Kings Island Resident Assistants will be available at the lobby desk to provide assistance and answer any questions you may have throughout your stay.
