MUST HAVE AN APPROVED TIME OFF OR NOT BE SCHEDULED THIS DAY. THIS WILL BE VERIFIED BEFOR BOARDING THE VANS. ANY ASSOCIATE WITH A SHIFT WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO ATTEND.

THIS TRIP IS OVERNIGHT THAT INCLUDES A HOTEL STAY. PAY ATTENTION TO THE RETURN TIME ON THE SECOND DAY SO YOU CAN PLAN ACCORDINGLY IF YOU HAVE A SHIFT.

Depart KI Dorm: 6:00am 21 AUGUST / Arrive in Dollywood/Gatlinburg: 11:00am / Depart Dollywood/Gatlinburg: 4:00pm 22 AUGUST /
Arrive at KI Dorm: 8:00pm /

We will be arriving in Dollywood the first day. We will stay until park close and take the vans to the hotel. After check in, groups can visit Gatlinburg attractions as they choose. The second day we will remain in Gatlinburg to visit other attractions until our departure time.

If you are more than 30 minutes late for the return shuttle pick up, you WILL NOT be permitted to attend any further tips.
