More than 60 rides, shows, and attractions call Kings Dominion home... and you can, too! Affordable housing is available onsite for all active seasonal and international associates of the park. Associate Housing privileges are offered to associates that are 18+ years of age and live 45 miles or more from the Park.
Associate Housing Rates
Rates listed below are effective February 1, 2024.
Rates may change at anytime, with or without notice.
Rent is based on a daily rate and is automatically payroll deducted. Rent includes utilities, basic cable, and WiFi.
Seasonal Rates
-Benton Hall Dorm: $7.43/day
Other Ammenities
Kings Dominion is committed to providing a safe and healthy work and living environment for the residents and staff of its dorm, therefore the dorm is smoke-free and vape free. Smoking is only allowed outside the facility, 20 feet away from any exterior doors.
An Association Recreation room is located on the 1st floor off the dorm. The rec room offers a lounge area with a TV, and a variety of game tables. There is also a basketball court, and soccer field located outside of the dorm.
Transportation to and from work is provided during operating hours. Weekly grocery store/ supermarket trips will be provided as well by sign up.
Kings Dominion Resident Assistants/ Front Desk associates are available throughout the dorm to assist you at anytime.
